Starting with an entry level job at a restaurant just south of Chicago in 1984, Teresa’s drive for continuous improvement and insatiable curiosity led to her steady advancement through the ranks of a Fortune 500 Company in the restaurant business, from Drive-Thru Cashier to Corporate Director of Culture Transformation. Her work has positively impacted and transformed teams in over 60 countries and 11,000 locations.

With a zest for overcoming new challenges and helping individuals and teams to achieve goals they never imagined, Teresa has also successfully trained over 200 athletes to cross their first marathon finish line. She leads by example, inspiring others with her own impressive, personal record of 17 marathons (26.2 miles )and 5 Ironman completions (2/140.6 & 3/70.3 miles). Through

Among her other achievements, Teresa has earned the 2005 National award for Organizational Excellence in Innovation from Franklin Covey, provided successful formal and informal mentoring to individuals in a wide variety of leadership roles, participated on various Community Outreach committees, served as Chair of the Women’s Leadership Forum, attained Certification as a Master Coach and Facilitator in Culture Transformation, was appointed to the South Florida Board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, served as Captain for Team in Training (TNT) and actively supports TACOLCY Community program in Liberty City Florida.
