As a small business owner (a financial planner or "coach") her comments resonate with me at the personal and professional level. Without the proper training, coaching, and plan most people do not achieve their business or their life goals. When Teresa describes herself as a Business Life Coach the term is meaningful. She has walked the walk at the corporate level and as a triathelete and for her to be able to impart that knowledge to small business owners for such reasonable rates is quite an opportunity for those seeking to move to the next level and cross the finish line.
